    "content": "I was in my constituency over recess and visited at least three schools. As a result of the heavy rains, their pit latrines collapsed. Children in those schools are now using semi- permanent pit latrines because we did not have even emergency funds. We had cleared all our emergency money. Therefore, like every Member of this House, I look forward to the disbursement of this money. Hopefully, by the end of next week, I can promise something to the children of Karai Day Secondary School, Gathiru Primary School, and one other school which I cannot remember off head, who have requested for emergency funding for toilets and other needs, including bursaries. This should assuage."
