"content": "by 31st August 2023, the State Department for Sports revises its priorities and re-submits to the Committee, programmes and an itemized budget being funded by the Sports, Art and Social Development Fund in line with Regulation 4 of the Public Finance Management (Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund) Regulations, 2018 before utilization of monies under the fund. The submission should include a plan of action to ensure all ongoing and stalled projects/programmes are prioritized, funded and completed by the end of financial year 2023/24."
