    "content": "In terms of policy, we endeavour to do the best. As Members are aware, Government spending and expenditure accounts for 22 per cent of our GDP. Also, in terms of policy, we will continue serving the people of Kenya to make agriculture viable for our farmers, streamline education and put resources to various value chains. I thank you, Hon. Speaker, all Members from both sides, the National Treasury, Members of the Budget and Appropriations Committee and Departmental Committees Chairpersons. Hon.
