    "content": "I wish to report to the Hon. Members and the country that, indeed, he has confirmed that by tomorrow, the funds will be in the Ministry. Thereafter, we will dispatch the same to all our schools countrywide. I have an undertaking from the National Treasury because they have the funds. I hope that by Friday of this week our schools - senior secondary schools, junior secondary schools and primary schools - will receive capitation funds. We are sorry for the delay. By the end of the week, the money will be in the accounts of those schools."
