    "content": "As I said, the number of counties benefitting from the school-feeding programme are 26. There are very poor people in informal settlements in Nairobi and other major towns in this country. We are engaging with development partners, like the Children Investment Fund. This is a United Kingdom-based company, and it is going to provide Ksh1.6 billion. We will co- operate with the Nairobi City County Government to provide food to some of the informal settlements in Nairobi. We are trying to make the same effort in other informal settlements in other towns in this country. Once we access funds, we should provide food to those informal settlements."
