    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Nyikal. We have made it clear that we require laboratories in JSS, and that is why we are having the engagement with the World Bank. We are also requesting Members of Parliament to prioritise construction of laboratories. This coming Financial Year, 40 per cent is required. From the Ministry’s side, we would be able to do the 40 per cent and probably, all the others would be done progressively in the next financial years. We will do some percentage once you also access the NG-CDF, I hope you will construct some laboratories within your areas."
