    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to speak for special schools. Specials schools entirely depend on the Government for feeding learners, teaching and non-teaching staff. The Government provides funding to these schools which struggle because they face many challenges. Non-teaching staff have not been paid for several months. What measures has your Ministry put in place to end starvation in the special schools? When can the learners get the much-needed services, especially at special units like; Nkarini Primary School, Karathanu Primary School and Enkong Primary School, among other special units in Tharaka Nithi and the entire country."
