I have taken note it is Chebarus Primary School. If it is house allowance, the teachers should be paid like other teachers within the municipality. We give special schools an enhanced capitation of Ksh37,000 as opposed to ordinary schools that we give Ksh22 million. When we get money in phases, we normally start with the special needs schools.
