These two constituencies benefit from hardship allowance. We have had a higher haemorrhage of teachers from Nyando Constituency to these two constituencies. There are certain schools within Nyando such as Kochieng’ Primary and Oren that only have two teachers each out of eight classrooms with all the many subjects that have to be undertaken by students.
