    "content": "6(7) of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act No.33 of 2011, and Section 13c(i) of the Central Bank of Kenya Act (Cap. 491). That, as stipulated under Article 75(1) of the Constitution, the nominee did not show any conflict of interest. That, the nominee is not a member of any political party. He also meets the qualifications of Chapter Six of the Constitution. We, therefore, recommend that this honourable House approves the candidature of one Dr. Kamau Thugge to be the Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya. With that, I beg to move.
