    "content": "Order, hon. Members! I have made a finding on that matter which, I believe, accords with our Standing Orders. If a Member makes a claim that the observation of the Chair does not reflect the statement that he made, then it is incumbent upon the Chair to verify the HANSARD record. We have plenty of precedents on that in this House. So, I will want to give myself the benefit of verifying the HANSARD record and dealing with the matter thereafter. The consequences will just be as severe as they would have been now."
