    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the two Committees then held two meetings where they were able to hear oral presentations from the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs. The Committees also received and considered written memoranda from the International Commission of Jurists, Kenya Section and the Law Society of Kenya. Upon deliberation and consideration of the presentations, the Committees found as follows. One, that the procedure for the appointment of the Director and Assistant Directors of the KACC is set out in Section 8(3)(4)(5) of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, Act No.3 of 2003 and Paragraph 3 subsection (1(2) of the First Schedule of the same Act."
