    "content": "Looking at the Budget, before we even allocate the resources, the question is: what does agriculture do for this country besides the few things that I have just mentioned? Over the last one year, we have realised serious achievements within the sector. We have realised achievements in animal health, where we have graduated many students who are becoming private sector players in supporting the industry. There is a lot of improvement in terms of the veterinary surveillance and vaccination. We have seen a lot of improvement in the testing of milk to ensure it is clean and good for consumption."
