    "content": "Secondly, the Committee also noted there are a number of TVET institutions which have concentrated in offering business and management-related courses. TVET courses are supposed to provide skills like construction, electricals, painting, and all that. A number of them have, however, gone back to the business courses like procurement, business management and so on. This is not the intention of TVET institutions. They are supposed to provide skills, manpower, and equip the learner for the job market. If you, again, give them business courses, then that is a need that we want them to address.
