    "content": "I can see time is not on my side. There is also the issue of recruiting 44,000 community health workers, teachers, and allocation of money to the Judiciary. We need the Judiciary in counties like Wajir and even at the sub-county level. There is focus on mining, and that is where I am concerned. For us to create wealth, we must invest in mining mineral resources, gases, fuel and all that, that is within the bowels of our earth. Universal Healthcare is also another very important thing in our Budget. There is more funding for new administrative units so as to operationalise them in order to take services closer to the people.
