"content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by — (a) deleting the expression “53(1)(c)” appearing immediately after the words “out under Articles 43(1)” in the introductory phrase and substituting therefor the words “53(1)(c) and 57(d); (b) deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph (c) – (c) ensure the availability, affordability, accessibility, adaptability, acceptability of quality goods and services that would facilitate the realization of economic and social rights."
