    "content": "Thank you Madam Temporary Chairperson, the Committee proposes- THAT the Bill be amended by deleting the Long Title and substituting therefor the following new Long Title – AN ACT of Parliament to provide a framework for the promotion, monitoring and enforcement of economic and social rights; to establish mechanisms to monitor and promote adherence by the National and county governments to Article 43 of the Constitution; and for connected purposes."
