Agriculture is not just about the rural population where majority of us come from; it is equally urban. Sen. Tabitha Mutinda, who is the Sponsor of this Bill, is from an urban area. As we progress, agriculture is also going to be embraced through technological methods that we are adopting as a country in the urban areas, where you do not have to cultivate on a piece of land because you can modify other areas and practice agriculture."
