    "content": "them. They rely on what they can do because of poverty levels. This makes the officers demoralised and demotivated and that is why they cannot do their work with enthusiasm. I request my sister to consider an amendment that will encourage county governments to employ extension officers so that they have a source of income. They should be facilitated to travel and criss-cross villages where they are assigned their duties. This will motivate them and make them feel they are doing an important thing, considering agriculture is very key in this country. With those many remarks, I support the Bill."
