    "content": "Every ward in this country should have at least one extension officer to deal with agricultural and livestock issues. Extension education is a very important part of education. There is a history behind extension education. John Stewart was a mathematician who was very well educated. At some point, he was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP). He is considered the father of extension education. What did he do? He saw that there was a disconnect between the amount of knowledge that he had and the uptake in the rural community. He started championing in Cambridge University that knowledge should be taken to the people down there. That was the beginning of extension education."
