    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I have listened very keenly to my colleague. I know that he had put a disclaimer to say that he does not intend to impute improper motives on the Committee, neither does he wish to impute improper motives on the secretariat. However, he has raised serious concerns regarding the Bill. I have seen some, but not to the extent that he is alleging. Knowing the way we transact business here, they will come here to debate and say that this Bill should be corrected and pass the Second Reading. Unless he brings amendments to correct those errors, this Bill will go through the Third Reading. He has to be responsible for everything he has said and the facts. If everything he said ends up in that Bill and he is already pointing a finger at the secretariat and it goes to the National Assembly, this House will be made to look like a joke.
