    "content": " Sen. Olekina, your point is heard, but unfortunately or fortunately, that issue had been addressed. In fact, ideally, if Senators were a little active, they would have raised an issue, but they did not. Maybe I will have to repeat the direction I gave earlier. There was an objection raised. We had a debate on the Floor of this House and there is a pending ruling on that issue. However, we allowed the debate to continue because some material was not in the House, where part of this Bill was apparently, or allegedly lifted from another Bill. To verify that, we need the material which is not on this Table. I pended the ruling because I do not see us finishing the debate. With that information, I will allow Sen. Osotsi to proceed."
