"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, regarding food vouchers, I wish to say that today we have received valuable input on how to manage drought issues and relief food. Although our markets, especially in the ASALs are not fully developed to a level of having food vouchers, that is a good idea. I will task the technical teams to look at the proposals we have received today, including the proposal about food vouchers because we must improve, make it easier logistically and make it more efficient and effective, and above all, uphold the highest levels of dignity even as we intervene to support vulnerable communities."
