    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I just want to draw your attention to the fact that the same Constitution guarantees the freedom of expression and conscience. In the Oath of Allegiance, a Minister or a Member of Parliament swears allegiance to the President and the Constitution. The Constitution is greater because it sets up the institution of the Presidency. Therefore, if the Constitution is infringed, as an act of loyalty, a Minister must tell the President. Any Member must tell the President. Is it in order to try and intimidate the loyal servants of this country who want to call a spade a spade?"
