This Motion is asking us about three issues; optimize water use, reduce wastage and promote efficient water management. This Motion could not have come at the right time. This is the right time when the country is about to roll out the affordable housing. If all the suggestions and recommendations by the Senate are put in place, it can be incorporated in the plans for the affordable housing where the President of this Republic is planning to build about 200,000 house units every year. You can imagine if all those buildings have all these intelligent systems as a way of preserving water."
