    "content": "We have just been told by the Senator for Tana River County that water scarcity is an issue in that county. If you do not visit those places, you might not understand what those people are going through. It is also part of education and awareness in our schools. Let them visit those places and see what people are going through so that whenever somebody has been given an opportunity to use water, they will use it knowing that somebody somewhere is having a water shortage."
