"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to support the Motion. Having intelligent systems for water management is a very crucial thing in this country. This is a country that is water scarce. If you go to most parts of the country, there is no water available. Especially in Nairobi City County, now as it is, the city is growing and we are depending mainly on water bowsers. Of course, we do not know how safe that water is, but we believe that our bowser owners will give us safe water. However, the best system is to have piped water everywhere you go. If you go to most of the cities, you see very clean rivers flowing across. The water is purified. There are systems that have been put in place to at least get clean water right from the source."
