Having said that, I share the sentiments of hon. Ruto; that the purpose of this section in the Constitution is to ensure that Members of the Cabinet do not to bring their disagreements to the Floor of the House. They need to come here with one voice. In the event that they do not agree with the goings on in the Cabinet, you have a very soft option: Resign and come to the Back Bench. That is the spirit of this provision."
