    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity. I rise to the support Sen. (Prof.) Kamar and Sen. Crystal Asige. I congratulate them as well for tabling this important Bill. I am a mother to a 28-year-old severely disabled son, who has cerebral palsy. I thought I should contribute a little to help support this good Bill and to possibly improve it. We will not speak to what is already in the Bill. I advise the Movers to consider adding amendments that will deal with the two aspects of learning institutions for PWDs. Under the convention on the rights of PWDs, the recommended way for education for learners with disability is to integrate them in schools that other students go to by enabling the facilities to provide access; by training teachers to be able to handle differently abled learners. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, we need to progressively provide, in this law, that all schools should contemplate facilitating access to learners. This is because specialized"
