"content": "I would like to say that Justice Ringera has destroyed the careers of many Kenyans, including 23 Judges. Therefore, you cannot simply say that because Mr. M. Kilonzo, who I respect very much, came here with a list that was authored by none other than Justice Ringera, who has totally failed in his duty, can be justified by not speaking. Justice Ringera has been telling us that he is unable to function because of the Attorney- General. He also says that he has no powers to prosecute. One wonders, if he knows that he cannot function because of the Attorney-General or lack of statutes, why does he accept to be re-appointed in a situation he knows very well that he will not perform? Is it that he wants to continue earning public money and deliver nothing?"
