On the matter of which way to go, whether plenary or committee, I stand in support of the proposal by the SBC in line with the Motion as moved by the Majority Leader, that colleagues be persuaded to take the route of the select committee to process this matter in an efficient manner and in a way that spares the plenary time to engage with other business."
