I was here yesterday when we were debating the Agricultural Extension Officers Bill by Sen. Tabitha Mutinda. When I was walking out, there was consensus on both sides. Sen. Mungatana and Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale were there and we all agreed that this is how debate is supposed to take place."
