    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will be brief and to the point. I rise to support the Motion of setting up a committee. I have looked at the membership of the Committee as proposed by both sides of the House. I serve in the CPIC with three distinguished Senators who I know will give attention to detail that the impeachment of a deputy governor deserves. I was the first person to go to court to defend deputy governors. In the event that a deputy governor is either suspended from office as it has happened or forced to stay out, the ruling of the court is in line with Article 179 of the Constitution; that the deputy governor is part of the executive committee and he is the deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of that county."
