However, I am aware that some people stood to call for a division. Those of us who felt that there was need for a division should also be given a chance. For those who are asking whether it was proposed, they should note that, that was a different matter. In such confusion, justice is superior to the law. If some of us needed a division over this matter, why can we not be given that chance?"
