    "content": "Thirdly, we need to address the digital economy. As you are aware, Kenya is one of the leading countries in terms of innovation economy. The countries around Kenya look up to us just to copy what we are doing. Look at the way we have embraced the telephone technology, payment and lending systems. The countries around Africa look to Kenya as a shiny star but the question is: Have Kenyans benefitted from that bubbling economy? The proposed tax is for purposes of having that industry contribute to the economy of this country as we create employment."
