    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to also contribute to this Finance Bill. I oppose the Bill. I really pity my colleagues from Kenya Kwanza. They are trying to justify something that they know will not fly in their villages. This is a draconian and backward way of collecting revenue from the people. As representatives of the people, I want to know one Member of Parliament whose people go to him to ask for a house. I do not know where the Executive was informed that the priority of Kenyans is houses."
