    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. At the outset, I support this Report. I was the Chairman of this Committee between 2007 and 2013 at a very difficult time during the Grand Coalition Government. I have interacted with Hon. Noordin as an advocate, intelligence officer, and the recent one, DPP. If confirmed today, Insha’Allah, he will be the next Director-General of the NIS. Mr. Noordin is a quintessential and pragmatic intelligence officer. I have no doubt in my mind that he is going to contribute to the further transformation of our intelligence community. I support the Motion."
