"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support the appointment of the two distinguished Kenyans, His Excellency Hon. Rutto, the former Governor of Bomet and the second nominee. The nominations forwarded to this House by the President are to the point. We thank His Excellency for giving this nation proper individuals who can serve with integrity, commitment, and diligence. This Commission is important in recommending persons for appointment as judges, reviewing the terms and conditions of service of judicial officers as well as staffing the Judiciary. We need a competent Judiciary for the purposes of administration of justice in our country. I support the appointment of both Isaac Rutto and Caroline Ajuoga. Thank you."
