"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I beg to support the appointment of the two nominees to JSC. The JSC is very important, especially to the judicial arm of the Government. I especially support the nomination of Isaac Rutto, the former Governor of Bomet County. I know him and we have worked together in many fields. When he was the Chair of CoG, Hon. Isaac Rutto fought hard to ensure that devolution worked, especially at a very difficult time of beginning the implementation of the Constitution. I hope he will go to JSC with the same strength and courage to make sure that JSC and the Judiciary in general function to dispense justice. We would also like to see the JSC establishing High Courts across sub-counties. I support the appointment of the two nominees. Thank you."
