    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I rise to support the budget allocation for State House. The reason is that State House houses the presidency and, therefore, we need to allocate funds to it. The same State House accommodates foreign visitors coming to Kenya to partner with us. So, State House is different from the Office of the President. The Office of the President is where official functions happen, and it requires staffing and funding for its activities. Remember that offices of chiefs, assistant chiefs and other offices fall under the Office of the President. We house the President and the presidency at State House, so that when they meet delegations from outside the country, they can host them. So, they need to be adequately funded. With those remarks, I support."
