    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I support this Vote that has increased money for TVETs because this is where our young people get skills. I am a proud Member of Parliament to announce that last year’s Masinga TVET class produced the best student in Kenya. The Chinese Government sponsored the student to further his studies through a full scholarship. Those TVET institutes are helping our young people who cannot proceed to universities. We are creating jobs for them through their skills."
