"content": "THAT, the Schedule be amended in Vote 1072 by deleting the figure Ksh2,533,750,000 in column 7 (Gross Capital Estimates), under Programme 0707000 National Statistical Information Services, and substituting therefor the figure Ksh2,433,750,000. This is just realignment of the budget as we debated last week. On the same breath, because we are still on the same department, I want to bring to the attention of this House that we have added Ksh10 billion that is going to the NG-CDF, which technically means that every constituency in Kenya will enhance community development. Regarding the new formula in the NG-CDF, every constituency will get between Ksh25 million to Ksh40 million in the next Financial Year."
