"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I appreciate the concerns of the Member who has just spoken. The Ksh29 billion allocated in this particular Financial Year is not only for housing. There are too many State Departments where we deal with all these amounts. There is social housing, affordable housing, police housing, markets and stormwater. There is also money that goes to the counties in the form of grants or donor funds. That money does not go to housing only."
