    "content": " Even as I support, this is one of the ingenious inventions of the previous administration. I am happy this administration has picked this up for administrative continuity. However, one of the things we need to ask is why our wazee are complaining continuously and for long periods that the government is not remitting money for their social protection. Even as we allocate this money, we must know that we are doing so to benefit vulnerable people. These vulnerable people are our fathers and mothers. I would like that the money that is allocated reaches the end beneficiary. Otherwise, I support."
