    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I want to support the increment of the Judiciary budget. I want to inform the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs that the backlog in Judiciary is worrying. There are cases which have not been considered for almost 20 years. There are people who have been in the corridors of courts for over 30 years. The increment of the budget of the Judiciary will help in the recruitment of more judges, so that the cases can be fast-tracked."
