"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I beg to report that the Committee of Supply has considered the Budget Estimates for the Financial Year 2023/2024 and approved the same with amendments and, pursuant to the provisions of Article 221 of the Constitution, Section 39 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and Standing Order 240A, approves the issuance of a sum of Ksh2,308,410,784,957 from the Consolidated Fund to meet the expenditure during the year ending 30th June 2024 in respect of the Votes as approved in the Schedule and that necessary adjustments be made to programmes amended in the Committee of Supply."
