Members, Section 40 of the Public Finance Management Act of 2012 and Standing Order 244(C) requires the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the National Treasury and Economic Planning to make a public pronouncement on the budget policy highlights and revenue raising measures for the national government each financial year.
