    "content": "Further, to improve health service delivery, I propose to the National Assembly to effect the budget allocation of Ksh21.6 billion for the KNH, Ksh12.8 for the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH), Ksh8.8 for the Kenya Medical Training Colleges (KMTCs), Ksh3.3 billion for the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI), Ksh2.4 for the construction of the Kenya National Hospital Burns and Paediatric Centre, Ksh1.4 billion for the equipping of laboratories and classrooms for KMTCs, Ksh1.1 billion for renovation of KNH, Ksh1 billion for procurement of family planning and reproductive health commodities, Ksh1 billion for the procurement of equipment for the National Blood Transfusion Service, and Ksh352 million for the Digital Health Platform (DHP)."
