As we all know, security is critical for creating a safe environment for investment and protection of our citizens and their properties. For this reason, I propose to the National Assembly to effect a budget allocation of Ksh338.2 billion to support operations by the Kenya Defence Forces, the National Police Service, the National Intelligence Service and the Prison Services.
