    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Adjournment Motion. It is time to go back and “touch base” with our constituents. I am going to Isiolo North Constituency at a time when we have experienced one of the worst insecurity situations. About 70 people have died between April last year and this time. Animals worth millions of shillings have been stolen and relations between my constituency and the neighbouring constituency has not been one of the best. I would like to urge my fellow colleagues who are neighbouring Isiolo North that we get together and look at the situation, so that we can serve our people. It is only when there is peace that development can take place. The foundation of development is peace. I would like to urge all Members who are neighbouring my constituency to come together and take full charge of the situation and try to bring sanity to the area."
